If you’re smart you will schedule an extra day for some massage therapy and R&R before you head home.
Your first night get a few winks after you arrive because starting bright and early (well 9AM it is vacation) it’s on.
You will be the first ones on the trail for your bike ride. When you get back in to town you have time for Lunch and a cup of joe at the cathedral café on us before your rock climbing starts.
Back in time for a late dinner and whatever else you have the energy for.
The next morning you are on the river for a huge day of white water.
