Answers to Your Cabin Questions

Click on any Check Availability button. Or, give us a call: 304-574-4836! We require a 50% deposit when you make your reservation and the balance will be charged the day you arrive. We accept Mastercard, Visa. If you make a reservation within thirty days payment in full is required.

Yes, we offer select pet-friendly cabins for guests with well-mannered dogs. Please inform us during booking if you plan to bring your dogs. There is a $25/dog per day fee.

Each cabin is equipped with its own bathroom, a hot tub (which is drained and cleaned after every guest), a fully-equipped kitchen, kitchen appliances, bedding, linens and towels, fire pits, and heating/AC. We also have on site parking, free guest laundry, a communal EV charger, free firewood, and city water.

If you should have to cancel your reservation we will make every effort to re-book the cabin. If we can re-book your dates, we will refund your deposit less a 20% cancellation fee. If your reservation cannot be re-booked, your deposit is forfeit.

Yes, all our cabins come with high-speed Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay.

Yes! We understand travel plans can vary, so we offer flexible check-in options whenever possible. Just let us know your expected arrival.

Clicking on the Check Availability tab provides cabin availability. It DOES NOT mean you’ve booked a cabin. After you confirm availability, there are several additional steps required regarding potential dates, minimum stay times, group size, and of course payment information.
