What should we bring?
Personal effects, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, hairdryer. Food and drink. Both of which are readily available at grocery stores within five minutes and restaurants within five miles.
What do you provide?
A fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, glassware, nice linens, paper products, a hot tub and pretty much everything else you need for a comfortable stay. See our website for a complete list.
How do we get there?
We do not post a map on our web page because we don’t want to encourage random folks to drive in and look around, disturbing your peace and quiet. When we receive your reservation we will email a map to you.
Do we need to clean the cabin before we leave?
We just ask that you wash the dishes, strip the used beds and pile the linens in the bathroom.
What are check-in and check-out times?
4 pm – 11 am
How do I make a reservation?
You may email us or call our toll-free number. We don’t do online reservations because we like to have personal contact with each of our guests prior to their arrival. A 50% down payment of the total is required for reservation confirmation.
How can I pay?
MasterCard or Visa. Cash, certified check or money order. Personal checks are accepted 30 days prior to your reservation.
Is a damage deposit required?
We require a signed contract with a MasterCard or Visa number. Any damages will be charged to the card.
Do kids stay free?
Kids 12 and under stay free. One per paying adult.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will refund your down payment less a small booking fee if we re-book your cabin for the same dates.
Is there a minimum stay?
During the high season, we have a three-night minimum stay. During the rest of the year, it drops to two.
Can I do my laundry there?
A guest laundry is available in the red shed. Detergent is provided.
Do you allow dogs?
Travel savvy pets are allowed with prior arrangement. A $25 per day fee will be charged.
