Welcome to The Ayres House, a Fayetteville, West Virginia vacation rental. This is a beautifully restored vintage 50’s 1950s-style bungalow. This lovely two-story home sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms. You will love the large living room and dining room, with a big-screen TV and a comfy leather sofa, along with the 10-person table. In the kitchen, you have plenty of room to work, and it has a breakfast nook. Relax in the cozy library on the first floor. The front porch is well-shaded and breezy, with comfortable chairs. Perfect for sipping a sundowner and watching the world go by. On the back porch, we have a picnic table and chairs along with a gas grill. Take just one step down from the back porch to the hot tub and fire pit area, with chairs and benches. Perfect spot for roasting somores and recounting the fun you had that day.
