Clay Center and Avampato Discovery Museum

This facility includes one of the best children’s science museums we have ever seen! Watch the latest IMAX movie. Analyze the incredible marble maze. Visit the art museum. There is plenty for young and old. 304-561-3575

 

Lunch

We recommend Delish, Ellen’s Ice Cream, the Blossom or Capitol Market. Ask around for directions—these are all downtown—not far from the Clay Center.

 

Ice Skating

The rink is new, the skate blades are sharp and the ice is hard. What else can you ask for? Two hour sessions are offered throughout the day. 304-255-7528
